Apparently You Can Get An 'A' For Effort

Some Norwegian association awarded  a "Nobel Peace Prize" to the International Atomic Energy Commission and its chief, Mohamed ElBaradei. I'm really not familiar with it, Norwegian politics not being my specialty, but the Post names previous winners including Woodrow Wilson, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, the Dalai Lama, Mother Teresa.

Also Yasser Arafat, though oddly he is not included in the Post's list.
