From the Institute for War & Peace Reporting's Iraqi Press Monitor:
Dulaimi: Sunni Arabs will continue political process
(Al-Sabah) Adnan al-Dulaimi, general conference of the Iraqi people spokesman, confirmed that Sunni Arabs will continue the political process regardless of the constitutional referendum's results. "The general conference of the Iraqi people is happy with the success of the referendum process and the turnout in the western parts of the country, the provinces of Diyala, Salahaddin and Mosul, as well as the northern and southern provinces," Dualimi told al-Sabah. He said the conference will object to the referendum results if the constitution passes because monitors suggested that it was rejected by a huge number of voters in several provinces, especially Ninewa and Diyala. However, Dulaimi said even if the organization objected it would continue with the political process. Dulaimi mentioned that the conference consisted of a large number of political factions, organisations, political and tribal figures, including the association of Muslim scholars, united debate, Islamic party, and council of national debate. These parties will enter the next national election with a slate named the "national consensus list".
