Ed Morrissey of Captain's Quarters has a fine Op-Ed in the Sunday Post: How Harriet Unleashed A Storm On The Right, about the nomination of Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court. Ed presents a handy breakdown of three main factions: The Loyalist Army, The Rebel Alliance, and the Trench-Dwelling Dogfaces, where he places himself, wisely ducking in the foxhole as missiles fly overhead in both directions, "wishing the war would stop--really soon."

Me, I don't want war for the sake of war, but some things are worth fighting for and being sold out is one of them. And the more I hear, the worse it gets.
